Thank you so much for providing all the details I need. Upon checking, you are currently enrolled in our HUB LOCATION . To successfully transfer from Touch Program to PROGRAM for School Year 2022-2023, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.

Inform your current Learning Advisor that you wish to transfer to PROGRAM so she can provide you a Re-enrollment Link and proper endorsement of enrollment details.

Step 2.

Once your Re-enrollment Link has been provided, please fill up the form and select PROGRAM as your program and select Main Hub as your HG Hub.

Step 3.

Once you finish filling up the form, rest assured that one of our Admissions Officers from Main Hub will acknowledge your re-enrollment request.
