Will the launching of Hybrid classes affect OA+ / VCIS Online?

No. Homeschool Hybrid classes are SUPPLEMENTAL and are open for students enrolled in any of the HG Programs (except TLC services). VCIS Online students may enroll in the Integrated Hybrid.

Can you tell me more about the HG Hybrid Classes?

The Homeschool Hybrid is an add-on service we offer to families. The goal is to supplement activities to the students heavily focused on group, collaborative, and interactive learning.

Details:

• Open to Kinder to Grade 10 students enrolled in any HG Programs (except TLC services) using any curriculum.
• Classes start in September and end in June
• 9 weeks per quarter
• Once a week in-person meetings
• One class per grade level with limited slots available
• It will be flexible and self-paced; students do not have to be on identical DLO modules
• Lessons taught during the in-person meetings will be grade level-appropriate

Classes will be from around 9:00 - 3:00 PM
